Mark Goodstadt
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Since joining the company in 1983, Mr. Goodstadt served as V.P. Sales and Co-CEO prior to becoming CEO of GDS in 2004. During this time, he has been instrumental in guiding the firm as it moved beyond its roots in offset printing and direct mail to become a leading provider of highly-differentiated, technology-driven customer communications and outsourcing services. As GDS celebrates its 100th anniversary, Mr. Goodstadt and his management team continue to develop new customer communications solutions.
A graduate of Hofstra University, where he received a degree in Business Administration, Mr. Goodstadt currently serves as a board member for a number of charitable organizations.
John Slaney
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Slaney joined GDS in 1993. He began his career with the company as a developer of turnkey computer systems for business applications, including a number of highly successful solutions dedicated to imaging and distribution. Working in partnership with Xerox Corporation's Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), he helped launch the VIPP statement processing workflow—a framework for describing key processes within an entire production workflow, from order entry through fulfillment. As COO, Mr. Slaney places special emphasis on bringing new technologies to the marketplace and developing innovative, next-generation products and services for GDS' clients.
A graduate of SUNY Maritime College, Mr. Slaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Brian Giambagno
Chief Financial Officer
Before joining GDS in January 2006, Mr. Giambagno was Chief Financial Officer of Bowne Global Solutions, a division of Bowne & Co. Prior to that he served as Vice President of North American operations and various finance roles for Berlitz GlobalNET, a division of Berlitz International, and as an Audit manager at Deloitte and Touche.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Giambagno holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers College and an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.

Brad Bernstein
Board Member
Mr. Bernstein is a Partner at private equity firm FTVentures, where he heads up the company's New York office and leads the team that invests in business services companies. He has 17 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining FTVentures, Mr. Bernstein was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Management, where he managed the business and financial services group. He began his private equity career with Patricof & Company Ventures and started his professional career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Bernstein received a BA magna cum laude from Tufts University.
Mohit Daswani
Board Member
Mr. Daswani is a Principal at FTVentures, a private equity firm, where he focuses on investments in business services companies. Prior to joining FTVentures, Mr. Daswani was an Associate at JP Morgan Partners, where he executed venture and leveraged buyout transactions in the media, general industrial and consumer industries. Previously, he was a member of the leveraged finance group at Chase Securities Inc.
Mr. Daswani Mohit holds a BA from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Garen Staglin
Board Member
Garen Staglin has been involved in transaction processing and financial services companies for over 30 years. He has been a director of public and private companies and participated in many venture and LBO transactions. Most recently he was President and CEO of eONE Global LP, an emerging payments company funded by FDC and iFormation Group. He is on the Board of ExlService and Global Document Solutions, both FTVentures portfolio companies as well as Solera, Inc. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Cambridge Business School. Formerly, Garen was Chairman and CEO of Safelite Glass Corp. Prior to Safelite he was a Corporate VP and Group President of ADP.
Garen holds a B.S. in engineering from UCLA and M.B.A. from Stanford. He and his wife, Shari, live in Rutherford, California and have two children. Together they own and operate the acclaimed Staglin Family Vineyard.
